From: 12:00 noon on the Friday Until 5:00pm on the Sunday. Special weekend breaks allow you to make the best use of your weekend. You can continue to use the Swimming Pool, Boating Lake, Trampolines and Pony Rides right up to 5:00pm on the Sunday. It also means that you don't have to rush of site by 10:00 in the morning. Prices given here include the £3.00 booking fee. |

Minimum charges apply during some periods. If your unit exceeds 6 persons, there will be a surcharge.
Deposits: (1-7days £73) (8-14days £143) (15-21days £213). Deposit includes a £3 booking fee. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable as they are intended as a way to secure your booking.
Payments: All card payments carry a nominal fee. Balance are taken 28 days prior to arrival using the card details you supplied to pay your initial holiday booking deposit.Pitch requests We always try to get you as close to your requested pitch or location on the campsite as possible, but we cannot guarantee any request.

Refunds cannot be given for holidays cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival. There is an administration charge for cancellations and for amendments. |

Day Visitors: are required to report to the campsite reception before using any of the campsites facilities. Entry to the campsite as day visitors is between 10.00am and 6.00pm. The Mill Farm day pass costs £4.00 per person Irrespective of age. The Mill Farm day pass allows you to use the boating lake, swimming pool and shower facilities.

The Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park storage compound is a high security area. No customers are permitted to enter the compound unless authorised to do so by the management. No unautherised vehicles may enter the compound under any circumstances. The compound is enclosed by fencing and is fully alarmed. 24 hour C.C.T.V is also in operation.
We accept Debit, Delta, Switch and Solo cards. All cards are accepted subject to a nominal fee for each transaction. Storage Charges are payable in advance by card or cash only. Sorry no cheques. The minimum contract term for storage caravans is six months. All new storage payments are now collected automatically every six months as they become due using credit or debit card details supplied by you.
When you require your caravan to be towed out of storage on to pitch or to go touring please phone 24 hours before you are due to arive. This is to make sure that someone is available to tow your caravan out of the storage compound. There must be at least 28 days caravan storage remaining in order for any van to be taken out of storage. The towing service is available seven days a week between the times of 10.00am - 5.00pm (unless otherwise agreed). We charge £6.00 to tow a caravan in or out of storage unless the caravan is going of site in which case the charge is £7.00 each way.
In order for your caravan to leave the storage compound you must have at least 28 days paid storage remaining. Alternatively you must give us at least 28 DAYS NOTICE that you intend to remove your van, prior to the date your storage is paid until. Failure to give notice will result in you being charged for the whole of the next quarter before the van is released.

Please be aware that late storage payment incure a fee of £5.00 per month. To avoid this please phone to make payments 28 days prior to the next quarter. Mill Farm now has a caravan storage management system in place, so starting in 2007 we will be contacting our existing customers with a view to collecting all storage fees automatically as they become due. This new system avoids you needing to phone and prevents you from going overdue with storage payments.
