Booking Terms and Condition for Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park, Bridgwater, Somerset.

These terms and conditions apply to those staying on the campsite whether they are hiring a caravan from us or bringing their own caravan.

1. The management reserves the right to remove any person (and property who, in our opinion, is not suitable to use the park, or whose behavior we consider to be detrimental to the interest of our other guests.

2. Parents will be responsible for their own children at all times.

3. Mill Farm cannot accept any liability whatsoever for loss, damage, accident or injury incurred to persons, property or personal belongings however so caused during your stay at the park.

4. Bookings are accepted for midweek breaks, however, due to high demand it is advisable to book early for Bank Holidays.

5. All Bank Holiday bookings require a minimum number of nights to be booked unless otherwise agreed. Please phone Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park for further details.

6. We cannot reserve an exact campsite pitch or location but will Endeavour to put you in the field of your choice.

7. Deposits are non-refundable after a booking has been confirmed.

8. Campsite pitch fees cannot be refunded for inclement weather or early termination of your holiday.

9. New arrivals must report to reception, or if closed please ring the bell. No caravan or tent is to be sited/occupied until booked in.

10. No guarantee is given that you can go straight to pitch if you arrive early, or if you wish to extend your stay beyond the period booked, although every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.

11. Arrival time 12.00 noon – 10.00pm unless otherwise agreed.

12. Campsite pitches must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

13. We reserve the right to alter, postpone or cancel any facility – we will do our utmost to see that all facilities are available as advertised.

14. 5 M.P.H speed limits apply at all times whilst on the site.

15. Please respect the occupants of other units on the park keeping the noise to a minimum especially after 11.00pm.

16. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times other than in the designated exercise areas.

17. A responsible adult must accompany non-swimmers and all children under the age of 10 years at all times.

18. No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades /stakes allowed inside any buildings on the park

19. The person making the booking/s is responsible for the payment/s.

20. Balances must be paid prior to your stay at Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park

21. Payments - we reserve the right to correct any errors/omissions, or to collect any unpaid balances, either before, or after the commencement of your stay or holiday.

22. Most Debit/Credit cards accepted. Some transactions will incur a nominal fee.

23. If you have not occupied your pitch/accommodation by 10am on the day after your holiday was due to commence, and you have not informed us that you will be arriving after this time, it will be assumed that you have cancelled your booking.
